Beta Three is the second generation of robots capable of AHE or Artificial Human Emotion. The Alpha Two was the first to use it but the hardware was flawed. As AHE evolved into a more advanced pieces of software, the robot needed to be upgraded to be able to run it. This new robot has a head that has artificial muscles integrated into it for more complex emotions. If the muscles dry out they become very brittle and must be replaced. To keep the muscles wet, the entire head is surrounded by a jar-like helmet filled with a special chemical solution. The body of the robot has also been upgraded to be lighter and easier to repair.

HelWin Beta HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) ready for transport. This thing is HUGE: 10.200 tonnes, 98 x 48 x 27 [m3]. The platform will connect a large wind farm cluster in the German sector of the North Sea. It will receive alternating current from wind farms, and convert it into direct current before transporting it onshore via subsea cables.

My Beta 2000 Automatic from 1979 with only 59.000 km on the clock

A male Siamese fighting fish, also known as Betta splendens. I named him Beta.

Head: #15 Smile with Style

Body: Yoga Barbie

Notes:

While searching for a quick, might pass as Beta Z doll to use stock pics of, I stumbled across the light up version of Clara with the crown and the froofy dress since I couldn't really find a Barbie/Fashionista to suit my needs. Accidentally, I found the soldier version with the fully articulated skipper body and it was on sale on Amazon. I got her, but om her head/face is tiny compared to the Fashionistas. But that's okay, she's an android and she's really cute and very Beez.

Head: Soldier Clara/Nutcracker and the Four Realms

So...after the initial glow wore off, the TINY head and neckless Skipper body began to grate. But I had my same problem as before, but almost accidentally I stumbled across Smile with Style, and even though she was a little darker, I realized there was no reason Beez had to be super pale or anything, and she had the serene expression. So I got her. She used Mel's old body, which is slightly darker, but I'll get used to it.

Si, lo se.

Se que la cabeza de este beta esta movida, pero la vida es así, continuo movimiento, por eso elegí esta foto de este pez de una serie de 10

Okay, the Beta 4 is a bit bigger than Minox's own MT35, but it does offer three auto settings and horizontal as well as vertical bounce.

The Tick Back Pack from 1995 Made by Pyramid New York, New York Made In China, UPC Number 718732540168 Style Number 54016. TM @1995 Fox Children's Network, Inc. All Rights Reserved. Decorated with Arthur The Tick and the infamous El Seed! 11" X 15" X 6" and two zippers, one for the main compartment and the other for the front pocket. Designed similar to the Tote Bag and the Duffel Bag. It's Tick Blue on the Back and Black on the Front. Plastic zippers and vinyl construction. The Fox Kids Network tag on the side is pretty rigid being made from plastic and all. It has a handle on top for easy carry and I consider it pretty rare. Spooooonnnnnnn!!!

Beta Travel commenced trading from Worthing in 1990. One of the vehicles acquired that year was DAF MB200 Caetano Algarve A241 ANH (originally A358 JJU) seen here in Brighton in May, 1991, during a seven year stint in the fleet.

The Friday before Easter, the girls at Doggy Day Care sent Beta home with a yellow feather attached to her collar. She sat nicely for me while I snapped a few portraits.

(If I say a word she recognizes--in this particular case, "treat"--she cocks her head to the left or the right.)

Minigore beta testers are the best of the best. Hand picked from a looong list of applicants they can find any bug that tries to hide in the code ;)

Had another go with Jeremy Clarkson's '81 Beta Coupe today, this time using an actual screenshot from the Botswana Special. Much happier this time around.

It's probably obvious but the newer drawing is the bottom picture with the car turning!

I apparently heard that this Beta, despite basically being life-expired and knackered, is still out there? Oliver was adorable but the Beta won a place in my heart as well...it may have been a "problem child" as Jeremy said but it still made it across the spine of Africa..

The photo's been edited to make it stand out a bit more but still doesn't really do the drawings justice in my opinion.
