The legendary Nine Below Zero round off their 2019 touring at the Roadmender in Northampton. A great night of rhythm and blues ! Albeit there was a horn-shaped hole at the back of the stage where they've dropped the trumpet and sax from the line-up since last year. My last big big night out before Covid hit. Maybe one day we can do it again ?

By chance, the woman who checked us in at JFK is a member of the board at AFEW and told us to find Arlene, the giraffe that was named after her. She bumped us up to BA-World Traveller Plus :) Arlene has a star pattern on her front, which she inhereted from her father.
