After the sunrise lightshow in the sky, the early morning light revealed a number of elements that made an interesting composition on the water. With all these pictures in this sunrise shoot, the key was to work quickly in the fast changing light.

Okay, 2022 is dead. Someone stick it with a fork and pound it on the forehead with a hammer.

Morning Glory at Idaho's Little Redfish Lake with Mt. Heyburn and other Sawtooth Mountains across the lake.
Yup, I filled many memory cards over several fabulous trips here. Idaho's finest scenic area IMHO. Hope you don't get weary of Sawtooth images.

I recently rediscovered this beautiful old graveyard in Windsor, Ontario. As I wandered around on this sunny fall afternoon, I was thinking about these departed souls. As I begin my ‘golden years’, I’m reminded how quickly time goes and the need, even more then ever, to cherish every moment.

An immature male broad-tailed hummingbird pauses, trying to decide where to begin feeding on this bee balm flower. He proceeded (as they always do) to hit each tiny "floweret" to get every little bit of nectar.

As the the weather is getting warmer I thought it was time to put the lilies in the Pond,
They are my favorite flowers as they need no watering:-)))
All they need is lots of sun, one tablet food every Month and deadhead the spend Lilies to keep the pond clutter free,

we received a (surprise) sunny, dewy morning last weekend. when i observe these “gatherings” of dew-covered grass, my heart sings. i’m reminded of all the good in our world. ordinary people doing extraordinary things. like these illuminated orbs of bokeh, we’re lights for each other. our words and actions matter. each day, each moment, is a chance to begin again
