Description • Thanks to Natty Dread and Erica for the DoF setting. Had fun playing with it, though I didn't really use it for motion blur purposes in some of these shots.

This is from the opening of the single player mission Operation Guilllotine. I didn't remember how awesome it was.

Thinking about maybe doing a little ww1 later any ideas?

While The Revenant was primarily utilised for covert solo operations such as infiltration and assassination, it was not uncommon for her to also lead troops in direct battlefield engagements.

Her situational awareness and tactical acumen made her a lethal component in any group of Cerberus shock troopers - and she showed a ruthless and merciless streak in battle.

Very few enemies who encountered squads led by The Revenant lived to tell the tale, and it wasn't long before she became something of a battlefield urban legend

The Battle of Naseby was fought on Saturday14th of June 1645.

It was fought between the Royalist army of Charles the 1st and The Parliamentarian army led by Sir Thomas Fairfax. The strength of the Royal army was 7,400 men and the strength of the New Model army was 13,676. King Charles the 1st army were outnumbered by 2 to1. The outcome of this battle would decide the fate of the King and would change the course of history this country would endure. The Kings army was destroyed and he would never be able to raise a strong army again. King Charles was soon captured and on the 30th of January 1649 was beheaded.

To get this panoramic shot i joined together 3 pictures of the

actual battle site and glued them together .This where l am standing was the New Model Army front line. On the green field opposite beyond the trees was where Charles had his army

I found the whole experience very moving and the battlefield itself is now a beautiful, peaceful place with the sound of skylarks all around.

Why such a name ? haha 'cause the photos taken with that thing look like a battlefield because of all the sprocket holes squatting the framing... )
