El 27 de septiembre de 1426 Alfonso crea una nueva moneda en Valencia a la que llama reals d'or de Valencia,a ley de 20 quilates y talla de 96,valiendo cada pieza 10 sueldos de dineros,el medio real se talló a 192 piezas.El vulgo lo bautizó como timbre y por ese nombre se le conoce.

La disposición de 1426 ordenó que tuviera"de la una part ab scut de senyal o armes nostres reyals ius lo timbre nostre propi e de la part altra lo dit nostre seyal e armes fet a cayró ab quatre mig compassos entorn e dessus en la sumitat cercles en cascuna part ab letres continents nostre propi nom e titol del dit Regne de Valencia".

Eran en 1426,Joan Mercader,Maestro general de Cecas,Francesc Ferrer,Maestro de la Ceca valentina,Bernat Basella, el escribano y quién creó los cuños tanto de éste real d'or como de la mayoría de piezas acuñadas a nombre de Alfonso,fué el valenciano Manuel Scrivá,platero entallador y abridor de cuños.

Se conocen timbres,que en su reverso llevan un promontorio ó puig y una B,estas son las marcas de Nicolau Pujada,Baile General del Reino y de Bernat Basella,escribano de la Ceca.Estas piezas son pues las primeras acuñadas,siendo los timbres sin marcas los realizados a partir de 1445.También se batieron de 1451 a 1456 e inclusive después de muerto el Magnánimo,en el reinado de Juan II,pues en el documento citado anteriormente se dice;que si es de utilidad para el Reino,no se alteraría en nada.

El real de oro valenciano ó timbre se inspiró en la moneda del mismo nombre acuñada por Juan I y en els coronats d'Aragó,realizados en Perpiñan.

En 1477 se pudieron acuñar piezas de 30 timbres,para saldar la deuda contraida por el principe Fernando en la guerra de Castilla contra Portugal,pero se batió una nueva pieza valenciana de oro llamada ducat johaní,según parece y dice poner en el documento,el rey de Castilla no tenía una ceca en su Reino que fuera capaz de realizar los batimientos y se lo pidió al Maestro de la Ceca valenciana Andreu Cathalá,el cual remitió a el rey,padre del principe,sus demandas,autorizando Juan II los batimientos requeridos por su hijo,el rey de Castilla Fernando V.

Petrochemicals have been produced on the Carrington site since 1949. The main output from this plant is polypropylene and polyethylene .

 

Formerly operated by Shell the Carrington site is part of the LyondellBasell Industries Group of Companies which was formed at the end of 2007 by the combination of Basell Polyolefins and Lyondell Chemicals.

È iniziato il cammino della Nazionale Under 21 verso la fase finale del Campionato Europeo, dove la squadra di Mangia esordirà il prossimo 5 giugno con l'Inghilterra per poi vedersela l'8 con Israele e l'11 con la Norvegia. Sono 28 i calciatori convocati dal tecnico federale: nel gruppo, infatti, è stato inserito ieri anche il centrocampista del Cittadella Daniele Baselli.

Da oggi gli Azzurrini inizieranno ad allenarsi, il 27 maggio Mangia diramerà l'elenco dei 23 convocati per l'Europeo e il 1° giugno la squadra partirà alla volta di Tel Aviv.
