Even including its former team, the Joliet Jackhammers, Joliet's ballpark always had a McCorporate name to it. Duly Health & Care Field was its most recent name. That name was removed in June, 2024.

I imagine if you are from out of town, this storefront might be a little puzzling. Truschel Insurance folks aren't a bunch of pirates - they're just Pirates fans :)
Hanshin Tiger baseball fans at Yokohama Stadium in Japan. Make sure you take note of the guys in the yellow jackets leading everyone in the handclaps. Oh and the music was coming from the people in the stands, not through the loudspeakers. This goes on as their team is up at bat.
I wish US baseball was this fun and interesting, I would definitely be more of a fan then. And what's crazy is that this was a pre-season game which didn't even count, and still the fans were into it!
Also apparently I have almost 5,000 views of this video on YouTube! Crazy!
Oh, how cute! Unfortunately, it turns out that the man was a total jerk. His wife needed to get past him to get to her seat, and he made her walk down to the next row and crawl over the seats to get into hers, and she was in heels! What a mean man! Needless to say, I still think it's a cute photo.
Photos from the Padres' 7-6 victory over the Dodgers at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles. This game SHOULD have belonged to the Dodgers but such is life. I did not get to the end, we had a long day and we sat for around 2 hours in the direct sun over in Right Field. We will know better next time. It was my first trip to Dodger Stadium - what an amazing treat.
Yokohama Stadium during the baseball game that we went to with the Yokohama Baystars hosting the Hanshin Tigers. May, 2006.
This is a view of the Baystars cheering section in Right Field.
