A Lake Erie Crushers Fan talks with some other fans. From what I gleaned from their conversation, she might have been one of the player's mom.
Few sights are more delightful than the one of a kid at a baseball game.

A well-dressed, well-heeled patron waits for the rain to end and the baseball to start at Nationals Park.
The Kane County Cougars have built up a solid fan base since 1991 and its ballpark (originally known as Phillip B. Elfstrom Stadium, presently Northwestern Medical Field) has always provided a fun baseball atmosphere. One complaint however is that the seating has not been updated at all. Although the bench seating here (a.k.a. the "Reserved Grandstand") isn't too uncomfortable, there isn't lot of legroom. In this 2008 photo, one fan has solved that problem.
Fans purchase food and beer at a concession stand behind home plate at the Kane County Cougars game.
(Photographer's note: I'm sorry but Coors Light is the bane of true beer lovers. I call it "bottled water with a liquor tax").

Snoopy is ready to go to a baseball game.... Sorry bud, gotta wait just a little longer! 😄
Photos from the Padres' 7-6 victory over the Dodgers at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles. This game SHOULD have belonged to the Dodgers but such is life. I did not get to the end, we had a long day and we sat for around 2 hours in the direct sun over in Right Field. We will know better next time. It was my first trip to Dodger Stadium - what an amazing treat.
