Every day I spend my time

Drinkin' wine, feelin' fine

Waitin' here to find the sign

That I can understand - yes I am

In the days between the hours

Ivory towers, bloody flowers

Push their heads into the air

I don't care if I ever know - there I go

Don't push your love too far

Your wounds won't leave a scar

Right now is where you are

In a broken dream

Did someone bow their head?

Did someone break the bread?

Good people are in bed

Before nine o'clock

On the pad before my eyes

Paper cries, tellin' lies

The promises you gave

From the grave of a broken heart, hmm

Every day I spend my time

Drinkin' wine, feelin' fine

Waitin' here to find the sign

That I can understand - yes I am, oh

I sit here in my lonely room

Don't push your love too far

You know your wounds won't even leave a scar

Right now is where you are

In a broken dream

And don't you forget what I say - hoo, hoo

Ivory towers, bloody flowers ....

The Pickens railroad originally operated out of Pickens, SC to Easely, SC. However, it has been abandoned and torn out. Here in Pickens, though, the original HQ and a static display of their Baldwin locomotive VO660 is still standing. They tell me the locomotive is still intact on the inside. Nov 19, 2015.

Many Orthodox churches base their Easter date on the Julian calendar, which often differs from the Gregorian calendar that is used by many western countries. Therefore the Orthodox Easter period often occurs later than the Easter period that falls around the time of the March equinox.

Countries that officially observe the Orthodox Easter period include: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece, Lebanon, Republic of Macedonia, Romania, Russia, and Ukraine. There are no federal Orthodox Easter public holidays in countries such as Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States. However, it is a time for families and friends of the Orthodox Christian faith to gather together and to celebrate the Orthodox Easter period.

Easter is not a federal holiday in Jordan, although many Orthodox Christians are pushing to make it an official holiday. There have been petitions calling for the government in Jordan to make Easter an official public holiday. Jordan has a population of about six million people, and about six percent consists of Christians while about 92 percent consists of people of the Sunni Muslim faith.

In Lebanon – a country with a population of nearly 60 percent being Muslim and about 39 percent being Christian – Easter Sunday and Good Friday are public holidays.

Based on the Cuore / Mira the Gino is a retro version. The generation after this was sold in Europe as Trevis, but the generation on this photo was never sold here. But it was registered new, with an engine that wasn't available in the Gino in 2000, and it is RHD... So it is likely to be converted to a Gino later in life.

There's a load of cars seemingly abandoned at a garage in my town. They've been there for years, and are not for sale on the business' website. I don't know what the purpose is then...

Based on the detective novel "Plum Island" by Nelson Demille.

The action takes place on the two islands off the east coast of America, but the more problematic is a small Plum Island because it is avoided for understandable dangerous reasons.

Each of the modules has at least 3 connection points to create numerous combinations throughout the nation. All of them start with the command center and the auxiliary modules are attached to varying points. The three different options shown are just a few of the possibilities.

Just got back from vacation to the Midwest, this is the Milwaukee Art Museum, located on the shores of Lake Michigan. Since the Milwaukee Lakefront faces East, this is a sunrise. (I hate waking up early). I was able to get some really great shots on my vacation, and they are very different from my typical images due to the different landscapes in the Midwest vs. the West Coast. This was the first morning, so I figured I would post this image first.

The Quadracci Pavilion of the Milwaukee Art Center was built in 2001 by famous Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava, and was also featured in the 2011 film: Transformers Dark of the Moon.

Basing Wood - Basingstoke, Hampshire

This is a shot I took whilst down south visiting my family during the Christmas holidays. We were fortunate to have a couple of misty, foggy days and it's great to be shooting woodland in these conditions. This is Basing Wood in Basingstoke and I used to love playing army as a child in this wood along with wild camping. Such a lovely place on my parents door step.

To reach Everest Base Camp after eight days of a vigorous trek is an amazing feeling. To see the shimmering Khumbu icefall, the iconic yellow tents of EBC completely ensconced in a Colosseum of huge peaks & hustle & bustle on the approach is a magical moment alright. I laughed & choked at seeing the yellow tents; yes at the same time! :D

With the end of the 2020 RHTT season in sight wagons and MPVs have started to return to their off-season bases.

An example is todays move - 3Z06 from Mossend to Wigan Springs Branch - which was formed of MPV twin set 98910 and 98960. The pairing is seen passing Cartland shortly after starting their journey.

NOTE: Scottish Government travel guidance was adhered to during this outing. I traveled alone in a private vehicle and remained within my council area (South Lanarkshire).
