Flickr didn't want to upload last night, but it looks like it's cooperating this morning. Here's the ostrich you would've seen! I assume Bane had taken a dust bath before I arrived.

I've got Christo's Bane a while back and I guess this is one of those shots I just couldn't miss. Not too happy with the picture though, maybe I'll replace it at some point.

I've made some small improvements on the Tumbler's fins, maybe I'll be back on the subject .

This was a fairly simple figure to make. I used billbobful's technique for the legs. I was also slightly inspired by SHARPSPEED's bane, with an Exo-suit instead of Venom.

Okay, the whole figure was painted by me. the parts on his ankles were made out of Miliput. all of the joints were made out of Lego lever pieces that I cut up. He's about one and a half studs taller than a normal Minifig. That's about it.

The Bat family and Scarecrow are slowly but surely getting done. That's about it. Thanks for looking! Drop a fav or a comment, they both go a long way! :)

He stands in front of guests and stares. If he likes you, he'll do a dance.

I was making some tablescrap figs and then this happened. :P

When Gotham is ashes, then you have my permission to die.

So I absolutely loved The Dark Knight Rises when I saw it, and the moment I saw Bane, I knew he needed to be made.

I am really happy with how this sculpt turned out (The mask, pants, glove and vest are all hand-sculpted by me - legs use Tiny Tactical pouches and knee-pads). I feel it is quite a step-up from all my previous work.

I would just like to say thanks to all those who inspire me on a daily basis, especially Peco, who makes such amazing sculpts - the detail inspires me to try and include the same level in my sculpts (something I have yet to accomplish).

I hope you like him!

PS: Salvador from Borderlands 2 is my next product - the sculpting is DONE. Keep an eye out over the next while ;)

So it's been a while! I've been quite busy, what with the school year, but I decided I disappeared for too long. Here we have Bane's subordinates from Knightfall, being from L to R: Trogg, Zombie, and Bird. Hope to post more stuff soon!

Cad Bane was one of the most ruthless bounty hunters in the galaxy, hired to find Jedi, force-sensitive children, clones, and many other things. He worked for Darth Sidious, Jabba the Hutt, the Pyke Syndicate, and anyone else who could afford his price.

The Bane minifig featured in my Joker Saga. After an intentional overdose induced by Bloodfall, Bane now needs all this cybernetic hoopla to be like his old self. And yes, I do intend to use Bane in the future.

Sadly Steph wouldn't let me shave my head for this... But I digress. So a great many thanks to our friend Tyler for allowing us to use him as our shaved headed model! :)

A mirror-like surface of the Kennet and Avon Canal wasn’t disturbed around this narrowboat peacefully gliding on the surface of a water. These two images had a little story to tell. I have spotted this boat earlier and moved around the canal bend that offered a better background. A young chap in spotting me with a camera pointed in their direction has climbed the top and moved forwards with a glass of sherry. After I finished my “shooting session” he moved back to the rare of the boat and we waved to each other with smiles.

The Kennet & Avon Canal runs for 87 miles from the centre of Bath to Reading connecting the Bristol channel, river Avon and the river Thames, important navigation route in the past before railways, now popular tourist attraction, both on the water and alongside with miles of walks and cycling routes. I'm not too sure about the face, BUT IT'S TOO LATE NOW!

I wanted to make Bane soon after I started this hobby, but after seeing Andrews awesome Brick Affliction set, I just thought what's the point?!

I finally felt that I've got to a level to able to do the fig some justice, so I thought I'd give it a bash.

The whole fig is from scratch, with the mask, tac vest and pants being created almost entirely from Styrene sheet and a few other bits of interesting material that I found lying on the ground.

The coat, wrist guard and some of the vest has been made from leather.

The arm muscles and the top of the head were sculpted from Magic Sculpt.

I'm pleased to at last have a decent Bane in my collection, the only problem I have now, is whether to display him in the coat, or with the sculpted arms on show?!!!

C&C welcome, please comment if you fave ; )

60 acres, all to ourselves, to wander in the mornings.

A good dog for company and some old cameras to shoot.

Bliss.

I decided to join the "Bane"wagon and post my first finished Bane. I am working on another one with the coat on but here is the first.

-Custom cracked Brick Affliction Batman mask

-Painted Custom Brick Affliction Bane set

Also, I understand if you don't like the way the mask sits on the head but I decided to have the set come with 2 masks so you can mod it how you like so if you want it lower, you will have the option and the parts to do so.

Thank you for taking the time to check out my work and I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and a has a safe and happy New Year.

Hey what’s up guys so today I’m back with another moc and even tho it’s not as grand as the first one it’s still pretty cool in my opinion and I got some new fig parts so ye.

The moc:

So this moc doesn’t use any baseplate or anything as it’s a snot base and the bank itself is a separate build and is placed a couple studs behind the road area via snot bricks. As for the build though it’s a pretty simple bank build with a cool roof design and rectangular pillar builds. The stairs also use some different techniques to show rubble caused by banes heavy stomping and madness and to give an old look too ig. Lastly the figs are inspired by some COD soldiers in which they look rlly modern and bulky. Now tbh there was no reason to give them gas masks as there is no sign of chemical warfare tho I just gave them it for a more evil and cooler look in a way.

I think that Hulk-sized is too big for Bane, but I still have wanted to make this for a long time.

I'm glad that the Hulk molds are on LDD now. But who next? :P

PLEASE COMMENT IF YOU FAVORITE

wow. REALLY fucking proud of this beauty. based a lot on his arkham asylum look but with black instead of orange. i made this from the Sheng Yuan fantastic four Thing. that thing figure has a removable and rotatable head, but unfortunately the head is ugly as sin, so i took it off, and replaced with bane's. then i painted hands, the back canister is rd2d's body painted silver with a silver top, then a long lego wire thing, that came in the brainiac set, for the venom tube. finally, a 2 leather strips to look like straps.

"Oh, you think darkness is your ally. But you merely adopted the dark; I was born in it, moulded by it. I didn't see the light until I was already a man, by then it was nothing to me but BLINDING!"

My entry to Mr. Red's Batman Vilians contest.

A more modern version of Bane.

Hope you like him!

Bane as he appears in Batman: Arkham City, and Batman: Arkham Asylum.

This was some big Ninjago figure I found at books-a-million.

The muscles, arms, mask are made out of Sculpey. The gaunlets, hands, back pack thing, little holes on the arm, and belt buckle are Lego pieces. The straps are made out of e-tape. The tubes are from a Batman toy.

This was painted by me.

Classic looking Bane big figure, not too keen on the way he looks in the new movie.
