bottom skirt has been repaired and painted dart blue awaiting dry, also the new backend is waiting to dry before dark blue applied to the bottom pannel, new stagecoach logos need fitted, also destination screens going to be fitted are x19 easterhouse, dispite glasgow not having any these.
As you can see we have come a long way (after a winter break, backend work & new release in preparation fro this 'new UI'): www.flickr.com/photos/mucx/4973531729/in/set-721576249155...
Anyway that is what it used to look like, check the video above to see how far we have come. What you are looking at is kind of a live prototype of the final UI. It is a little rough around the edges but we polish and improve it as we go along. (You'll notice some clunky transitions and animation like the spinner going on… we'll get it right don't worry! Also note some of that is due to doing a screen record on my large display).
In the video I just quickly show you around the UI, different view options, how the UI looks 'focused' and 'unfocused' selector, rating games etc. Toward the end, I demonstrate how you can customise and add box artwork to your games or, even a screenshot rather than box art if you wanted. I drag some covers I have downloaded from my desktop onto the boxes... even change one box for a screenshot instead with some Core Animation touches here and there.
Hopefully the latter part will all be automated for you so all you need to do is drop a ROM (of a game you own!) into the UI, and OE will find the box art for you and clean up the games name. For those of you familiar with media centers like XBMC and 'scraping' it is a similar process (with a MUCH higher success rate!).
Anyway… lots more left to do but, it gives you a glimpse of where we are going…

Although the Continental name is generally associated with Lincoln Division of Ford Motor Company, the Continental Mark II was produced by the newly formed Continental Division of Ford during 1956 and 1957. The short-lived Continental Division built one product: The Continental Mark II. Designed as an ultra-luxury automobile - sort of an American Rolls-Royce - the Mark II had a sticker price of $10,000 - nearly double the cost of a Lincoln at the time. The Mark II offered distinctive styling, understated luxury, and exclusivity as only 2,556 of these beauties were built in 1956.

You are invited to stay and browse through my stream. Here's a quick introduction to my little corner of Flickr:
Automobile Photographs: This is a very large collection of images whose primary, but not exclusive, focus is on American automotive classics. Images are organized by decade, by manufacturer, and by topics (such as convertibles, station wagons, muscle cars, etc.)
Central Illinois (excluding Springfield): Photos relating to the middle section of the "Land of Lincoln" (except for the Capital City of Springfield) may be found in this collection. Every city and town I've photographed is contained within its own set, and rural (as in "countryside") photographs are grouped by county.
Springfield, Illinois: All of my photographs of Springfield and the Abraham Lincoln Sites are in this collection. For the City of Springfield, there are separate sets for the Capitol Complex, Downtown (including the Old State Capitol), Neighborhoods, Parks, Illinois State Fairgrounds and more. Photographs of Lincoln sites include the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum, Lincoln Home National Historic Site, Lincoln Tomb, and so on. Also in the Lincoln "All About Abe" (Set) are a few Lincoln sites not located in Springfield.
The Illinois State Fair: My collection of photographs of the Illinois State Fair. The fair offers something for everyone. Grab a corn dog and lemon shake-up, and come take a look!
Beyond Central Illinois: Other locales in the United States and Canada including New York, Chicago, San Francisco and Seattle.
In addition to my location-based sets, here are links to some "topical" collections and sets I've put together:
Barbers & Barber Shops: Traditional barbers and barber shops are on the endangered species list. But there are still plenty to be found if you go looking for them.
Almost Everything Else. Check It Out!!!: Included topics range from man's first walk on the moon to small town schools and churches, and from Soft-Coated Wheaten Terriers (our favorite breed) to things that are abandoned, neglected, weathered, or rusty.

This coupe utility is a Mercury Montego MX/Ford Ranchero conversion made from three different vehicles. After my first look, I have to agree with the owner...this coupe utility is something Mercury should have built! This conversion is powered by a Big-Block Ford 460 engine.
