A pochteca (traveling merchant) has arrived with a backrack of jars possibly containing a hallucinogenic brew. Another figure administers the enema with a large klyster to a reclining man, who communes with two flying buzzard-like birds.
Back rack. I normally use a panier on the left side, and occasionally one on the right. Back light is mounted with one of those little brackets that peter white cycles sells for this purpose.
