Ra-Kiera Gibbs - 7, who was named "BPD Commissioner for the Day" was chosen for her bravery; taking a stand against bullying as she attended the John E. Howard Brookfield Recreation & Park Center. Ra-Kiera decided to let counselors know about kids and students who were being bullied. She was also chosen as the winner for writing an essay on bullying. Louis Johnson, named "BPD Deputy Commissioner for the day", was chosen after becoming a staunch ally to those who have been bullied.
