We finally had our first BBQ of the "summer" season this weekend. Nothing extraordinary, but a fun time nonetheless. Took a few pictures outside while I was BBQ'ing the steak and hamburgers.

Barracuda fish at the Herbs & Spice Sunday BBQ

Some monster pieces of pork spareribs on the barbeque. These were later slathered with bbq sauce, cut into little pieces and placed on top of a hug serving tray of brown rice, cabbage, onions and broccoli.

I'm trying to work out the science of smoking/indirect grilling on our gas grill. The temps didn't seem high enough, so cheated a little making this a little overdone. But the seasoning (garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, lime juice) was outstanding.
