I saved a couple of reusable store bags when I worked at Macy's. I bought the Field's one off a coworker, and a customer ditched the Penneys one in my department and it never made it back to their store (who since stopped using them when I found it was still under the register about a year later).
I crocheted this shell purse using plastic bags or plarn. Each round I changed colors. The free crochet pattern can be found here www.myrecycledbags.com/2009/08/14/recycled-plastic-bag-sh...

I have several teapots as I am something of a tea addict. This particular teapot is used exclusively for green tea only. Sometimes I use bags, as in the picture, and other times I use loose tea, which is my preference. Unfortunately during this lockdown I have run out of loose green tea and therefore must make do with bags.
My primary tea is black pekoe and I buy Yorkshire Tea brand, both loose and in bags.

Both bags have a ribbon tie closure. These will be sold for $35
In the 70's the ever-ready (ironically named sometime "never-ready") camera's bags became quickly disgraced to the profit of shoulder bags.
Formally, they were considered as standard accessories both necessary to protect and transport the camera. With SLR cameras, the possibility to have more bigger lenses made most of the time the bag unadapted. The body basis was , however, sometime a good occasional protection too. The bag basis could be also equipped for attaching the neck strap. The main bag shell of SLR ever-ready bags could be also quite bulky and difficult to handle during photo shooting. They could be most of the time removed but the shell was still cumbersome.
They could made of leather or plastic and their interior possibly covered with velvet red, dark green, bark blue or black. The bags could rigid, soft, half-soft. The body basis could be even reinforced with a rigid-metal foil.
I noticed that ever-ready bags in vintage SLR kits are sometime a sign for a good general conservation of the camera. I use them possibly for the storage and transportation of the field when I do not use a photo-bag, into the front-baggage of my bicycle for instance. Their esthetic were quite variable ranging from ugly to elegant ...
