Most likely I ever have made stiched panorama. Lens used here is old Zuiko 50/1.8. I also noticed that my tripod head can't release just one axle at the same time.
Running six minutes behind schedule, weekend Metra MD-W train 2711 speeds under the B12 signal bridge as it glides into its Franklin Park stop. The new SD70MACHs have settled into their new homes quite nicely as Chicago's premiere 6-axle power!

BNSF/GN SD45-2B #6523 is among a handful of long-stored units in Topeka that were dragged out and into the yard. Supposedly, these are headed down to Memphis, via KC on Tuesday for eventual scrapping.

Cambridge Bus & Coach still have one 'Nordic' left although it hasn't been used since 2018! Originally SA52 DVR it has recently been 'revived' and has just been re-registered as seen although not as yet in use.

All four big six axle Alco products on the Delaware-Lackawanna roster that currently run were on the point of the Pocono job heading to work the mill at Pocono Summit, the lumber yard in Cresco and ultimately head down to Slateford to tie up.
They paused here at MP 107.6 to switch their train for a while and pull three empty propane cars from a customer located right behind them.
They are framed up by the eve of the splendidly restored former DL&W
Tobyhanna Station, constructed in 1908, and now owned by the Lackawanna County Railroad Authority and home of the Pocono Mountain Chapter of the National Railway Historical Society. This Victorian railroad station has exterior wainscoting on the lower section, clapboard siding in
the middle wall section, and vertical boards with scallop nosing on the upper portion.

Don's of Dunmow tri-axle Leyland Olympian Alexander was not due out today. But due to some late running was turned out for a local service. I caught it returning in full late afternoon sun.

A friend of mine was dogsitting for her sister and we spent a few hours of our day helping out. He was way too cute for his own good and tough to keep up with at times.
Those 2 tan bevel gears love to skip/slip teeth under any amount of resistance.. This is about the 6th time I've taken apart the rear axle. I'm not enjoying this as much as I was, lol. The chassis is stiff, everything in the front is good, just the rear axle is giving me hell.
