The 9 ducklings that I have been photographing since the beginning of May, are getting big. They are in the awkward adolescent phase. Right now, they all look like females, but a few are starting to show signs of colorful feathers on their heads! Below is a close up of one that I believe is a male.

I love it when Ozzy sits in awkward positions. This is my second choice for picture of the day. The only reason I didn't choose it is because I'm sick of looking at that rug! I don't know who owned this house previously, but their choice in rug color was hideous! The rug itself is nice, but the color makes me gag. One of these days, it will be replaced. So, that's my reason for not choosing this as today's photo. LOL! I have so many photos of Ozzy on this icky rug too. Luckily, many people think it's a background drop. Hahahahaha!
