It will certainly catch your eye. A 2 stiory Dinosaur sits along side the US 19 in Spring Hill Florida and now houses Harolds Auto Service. I stopped and went inside to find out about the building. No one seems to know when it was built. Harold's has been in the biulding since 1977. Before that time the building was a Sinclair Service Station. "Put a dinosaur in your tank."

Taken with a Canon Elph Digital using the toy camera effect. This effect looks more like film than the toy camera effects I've seen on other digital cameras. The heavy vignette makes them look like silent movie stills - except in color. The fact that I can zoom in is nice. My film toy cameras are all wide angle fixed focus. So it's hard to go in close.
I seem to have had some kind of fascination for covered cars when in New York. This was just off Flushing Avenue, Brooklyn.

An old Chevrolet Wrecker probably driven by Wayne and his sons in the early 70's. Knowing them, it probably still runs like a charm.

Interparts of Tulsa is an auto mechanic located on the 11th St. alignment of Route 66. While the neon sign is not one of the oldest along the route, it's still been there about 40 years.
