This is actually an older version of an autopilot used in the G1000 cockpit. Now, the autopilot is integrated with the main screens, but this works just fine. Here, the autopilot is in heading mode (HDG) and altitude mode (ALT) going to 5,500ft.

I got the sprocket from Motion Industries (www.motionindustries.com). My Mariner takes about 3.5 turns of the wheel to go from lock to lock so, according to the Raymarine installation instruction (available for download from the Raymarine website and included with the drive unit), I needed a 15 tooth sprocket on the drive unit and a 25 tooth sprocket on the wheel shaft. I looked up the part number for the sprocket on the Martin Sprockets website (http://www.martinsprocket.com/) and used that number to order it from Motion Industries. If you call them up and say you need a sprocket for a Mariner wheel shaft, they'll have absolutely no idea what you're talking about.
