I had a piece published in The Psychologist magazine, about how I think autistic minds work, and after spending a while looking at satellite photos of gorges and deltas, I ended up using two of my own photos of trees.
The central idea is that autistic attention and processing resources tend to be more focused: a different cognitive strategy lending itself to deep thought and intense experiences, but leaving less over for managing things like complex social situations.
A great deal follows from this.
