Virginia and North Carolina National Guard Soldiers and Airmen mark the deactivation of the Joint National Guard Augmentation Unit in a ceremony Sept. 11, 2016, in Suffolk, Virginia. JNGAU traces its origins to 1998 as a partnership between United States Joint Forces Command and the Virginia and North Carolina National Guard to enhance total force integration. The augmentation leveraged the military experience, civilian skills and personnel availability to meet peacetime crises and wartime requirements on a timely basis, and it also took advantage of the National Guard's core competencies by augmenting elements responsible for such missions as consequence management for Weapons of Mass Destruction incidents and joint training. With the disestablishment of USJFCOM in 2011, the JNGUA transitioned to supporting the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Joint Force Development, J7 and a portion of the unit also supported Joint Task Force Civil Support, which is currently a United States Northern Command asset. JNGAU was integrated into the USFJCOM and Joint Staff Joint Reserve Unit in a similar manner as the augmentation elements from the reserve components of the Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps and Navy. For women who want to improve their breast size by a larger amount, saline or silicone gel implants are recommended rather than fat transfer augmentation. Breast augmentation using fat transfer offers permanent results that feel and look like natural breast tissue without the use of an implant.

The breast of a woman is the symbol of femininity. Therefore, many women consider a beautiful, natural breast as an important feature of their female self-expression. If the breasts are too small or have lost volume, this can be the cause of self-doubt and lack of self-confidence.

Breast shaping Kuwait with implants or autologous fat

Whether with the help of silicone implants or with autologous fat - a breast augmentation often comes at the end of a longer decision-making process. For each breast augmentation, therefore, the focus is primarily on the individuality and wishes of the patient. We bring the needs and ideas of the patient into harmony with what is medically possible to achieve the goals. For this purpose, we carry out a detailed consultation and a comprehensive medical history before each intervention.

Breast surgery Kuwait with the help of implants

We only use high quality, leak-proof silicone implants. These implants are filled with so-called cohesive gel, which does not leak even if the implant is damaged. You can choose between different shapes and sizes. In order to make your choice easier and to find the right silicone implant for you, we simulate the result before surgery using 3D models.

Breast augmentation Kuwait with B-Lite breast implants

The new B-Lite breast implants exactly match the shape and size selection used in conventional silicone implants for decades. The difference is the innovative silicone gel filling. This filling contains trapped air which reduces the weight of the implants but still allows the desired volume. The use of these biocompatible silicone microspheres can reduce the weight of implants, often the limiting factor in breast augmentation, by up to 30%. Also the feel of the light implants correspond to conventional implants and have a typical, soft dimensional stability.
