Here we are on Oct. 8,10 at about 11am on Rt.220 in Franklin Co., Va. This Va. D.O.T. truck (license # 51-522S) just passed me on 220 goin' about 75 to 80 mph (in a 55 zone) with no emergency lights. I saw him comin' up from behind so I stepped on it (just for a few seconds, I don't have a gov't job) and at 75 he was leavin' me behind.
