On 4th June, Mrs Pauline Adel (one of our FoMCE representatives) and her children, along with Miss Belcher visited the Orman charitable organisation to deliver Ramadan bags. These bags were bought using the money raised by the FoMCE at the Christmas Bazaar. The foods collected in school will be delivered to Muslim families suffering from anaemia who are supported by APE, our Sanger House charity as well as to the Lewis House charity, FACE orphanage.

Chancellor Dennis M. Walcott was the keynote speaker at the graduation of the Urban Assembly School of Applied Math and Science on Saturday, June 25, 2011. Mr. Walcott likes to make a habit of using hands-free microphones and often walking among the audience as he speaks (Rachel Ohm/ NYTimes).
