Right now in school the eighth graders are doing Greek Mythology. We have to retell a myth and create a visual interpretation of it. I wanted to take a photo. This is actually taken during the day. I kept on wanting to retake it because I thought it was really bad, but my sister didn't want to dress up again, so I had to do with the photos I'd already taken.

Our Lunar partner 3 days after perigee. This "Supermoon" on the 14th of November 2016 was at the closest it has been in 68 years and it wont be this close again until November the 25th 2034.
As It was pretty cloudy in Ireland on the 13th, I had to make do with the 17th, I'm happy with how it turned out on my 300mm lens.

Built for BBC 75 over on Bzpower in collaboration with Kevin Huxtable.
48" octa overhead and in front of Sarah.
No magic sauce or textures in the post-processing of this one - just the grey wall (the reverse gradient is just from the overhead octa). B&W is the VSCO Tri-X LR preset (with the grain turned down). Finished with a subtle colour toning to warm the overall tones.

art001e000347 (Nov. 21, 2022) – On the sixth day of the Artemis I mission, Orion’s optical navigation camera captured black-and-white images of craters on the Moon below. Orion uses the optical navigation camera to capture imagery of the Earth and the Moon at different phases and distances, providing an enhanced body of data to certify its effectiveness under different lighting conditions as a way to help orient the spacecraft on future missions with crew.
The Artemis is a long range starfighter built by the Mars Corporation. Its main weapon is a high density laser beam, powered by a powerfull generator. The two thrusters of the Artemis allow it to fly up to the outer atmosphere of Mars and target objectives in low orbit.
Another build in my Mars Corporation building theme. The Artemis was my entry to the Bricklink building contest... I posted renders earlier, but finally took the time to take some pictures of the real thing.
