This has to be one of the best views you can get from a tent in the Wasatch.

It's likely to be a day here with not much warmth, because Mr.Sun has decided to take a low profile.
But then the regular duties can't apparently wait...so i am headed out.
Sending warmth of pink your way should you need some:)
I've finally come to terms with the fact that I'll never get to see something like this while being as close as I was this day.
While on the drive back from the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone we stopped to admire this little thermal stream in the moonlight. It was a very romantic moment for us all. bwuahahaha
With my camera away at the shop I've had some time to revisit some of my older photographs. This is a picture of Sundial Peak in Utah. I've hiked to this peak and the lakes surrounding it easily over a dozen times. The trailhead is just 15 minutes from my front door and the lakes at the end of the hike hold plenty of Brook Trout eager to take a fly. Its a beautiful place to sneak out to for a quick overnighter.
