This unusual structure was on one of the long sides of the lake. I wondered perhaps whether plants will be trained to grow up it and provide shade

I frequently visit the archway by the riding track at Christiansborg Palace, Copenhagen, Denmark as it is incredibly beautiful. These days - due to to Covid-19 (Corona) virus the borders are closed and there were very few people. I have never managed to photograph the archway without one or more parked cars, however, that was the day!

As its name suggests, the impressive rock formation on the Great Ocean Road resembled an archway rising 25 metres from the sea.

Back in June 2009, the arch of Island Archway collapsed and all that remains now are the two rocks that previously supported the arch.

The two remaining rock pillars of the gorge have been named Tom and Eva after the two survivors of the shipwreck back in the 19th century.

An archway in the fortified walls of the Bastion of Tears or Borj Adoumoue in Salé, Morocco. Originally built in the 13th century after a dramatic raid by the Castilians under King Alfonso X, this defensive structure was eventually rebuilt in the 18th century with bronze cannons aimed out at the Atlantic Ocean.
