In Qatar, the state sponsors a full-fledged hospital for falcons – more than 40 thousand birds pass through it every year. They do everything there – from treating fractures (often caused by a falcon crashing into something at high speed) to prosthetics for broken feathers (necessary to maintain aerodynamic properties) and cosmetic procedures such as sharpening beaks and claws.

The Oculus was positioned as part of the World Trade Center masterplan by Daniel Libeskind and designed by Santiago Calatrava. The structure’s white metal-clad steel ribs reach up and out in a monumental move symbolic of a hand releasing a dove.
The structure's orientation serves as a lasting reminder of the attacks of September 11, 2001. It is in alignment with the sun’s solar angles on each September 11, from 8:46 am, when the first plane struck, until 10:28 am, when the second tower collapsed. Its central skylight fits this alignment and washes the Oculus floor with a beam of light.

Agha Bozorg mosque (Persian: مسجد آقا بزرگ Masjed-e Āghā Bozorg) is a historical mosque in Kashan, Iran. The mosque was built in the late 18th century by master-mimar Ustad Haj Sa'ban-ali. The mosque and theological school (madrasah) is located in the center of the city.
Agha Bozorgh Mosque was constructed for prayers, preaching and teaching sessions held by Molla Mahdi Naraghi II, known as Āghā Bozorgh.

"Solar Carve" — the building designed by architectural firm Studio Gang. Architects are exploring how a building's architecture can improve sunlight access and other criteria to enhance and harness its ability to impact the environment positively. The building received its unique form from the geometric relationships between the allowable envelope and the sun's trajectory.
Studio Gang's "solar carving" concept, involves the angles of the sun's rays to create the building's shape to maximize the amount of light.
High Line is an elevated park on the former railroad overpass along the Hudson River. It is a beautiful park in Manhattan, that offers amazing views of the neighboring streets. In recent years it has become surrounded by high-rise buildings designed by very famous architectural firms from all over the world.
