The Stockholm archipelago (Swedish: Stockholms skärgård) is the largest archipelago in Sweden, and the second-largest archipelago in the Baltic Sea.
The Stockholm archipelago consists of about 30.000 islands, islets and rocks extending 80 km east from the city center in the Baltic Sea. Some are large, inhabited islands, which are known for their vibrant summer parties, while others are more like rocky outpost or grassy knolls, which are captured by seals or kayakers.
