A thermal image of Auberge de Castille in Valletta, Malta. This fine, recently restored building is a government office and I understand that the Prime Minister's office is in the top left corner (but I may have been mislead).
This thermal image was made using a 19mm lens on a Therm-App thermal imager upgraded to 25Hz, with ThermApp Plus software recording a video that was subsequently superresolution processed by Video Enhancer 2.2 and finally turned into a hi-res panorama using Microsoft Image Composite Editor. No-one said it was going to be easy!
There's a fair amount of geometric distortion in this image but it conveys the flavour of the building. My original (slightly larger) panorama was over 3000 x 1450 pixels (4.35 Mpix), not a bad improvement on the 0.11 Mpix native resolution of the Therm-App imager.
