Apple is really taking this iPod-Touch-is-a-console business seriously. I was casually perusing the iPod section on Apple's web site and came across this:
www.apple.com/ipodtouch/games-and-apps/
It's a section called "Games and Apps" with video featuring new games available for the iPod Touch with console like graphics (that's 2XL SuperCross above).
The video really, really made me want to buy an iPod Touch right away. The games are gorgeous. The only drawback I see to this approach is the fact that most of the videos seem to feature games that work with the accelerometer.
There are a few games like Hero of Sparta and Touch Grind, which don't fall into this convention, but given the rampant criticism about the Touch's lack of buttons, I think maybe Apple needs to showcase more games that have more complicated control schemes.
Anyway, it's still pretty cool.

So some piece of shit Apple Hater named cpearlm thinks I don't have a Nexus 7. Well, wait til he sees this.
Update: Apparently, I pissed this guy off so bad with this picture that he stopped posting on CNET for several months and when he reappeared, he started stalking me in every Apple article. These Apple Haters are a scary bunch, LOL.
I hadn't seen him around since Apple announced that they sold 9 million iPhone in September 2013, and I assumed he killed himself or something but someone using his name recently appeared and is at it again. Don't know if it's the same guy, but it's very interesting nonetheless. He stopped running his mouth off challenging me on stuff like this and making predictions about Apple (which always prove to be wrong) at least. So he's basically harmless now, but still, these guys are crazy.

The new icon for my app called "Tonight" which is available for the iPad and soon iPhone+iPod touch.
If you visit the store right now, you'll still see the old (ugly) icon. This new icon comes with an update which has been submitted and should be available in a few days
