A relatively new cool iPhone application for photography was launched in August 2009, iFolio, which features some photographers portfolios in sleek & elegant galleries. Lucky me, I am one of very few photographers featured on the app. If you are an iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad user, download this app to keep track of some of your favorite photographer's work. When you get it, make sure you add me as a favorite to easily access updates. :-) You can download the application for free on the iTunes App Store

I tried to install an app from the App Store (Remote) but it failed, and now I find this “Waiting...” app icon that can't be removed... Odd!
Flickpad v1.5 was approved today and is available in the app store. If any of my existing Flickr contacts have an iPad and would like to try it out just send me a Flickr mail and I will give you a coupon code to try it for free. Limited number available, so first come first served.
I don't know about anyone else, but iTunes has been kinda flaky for the last few days. Many times I haven't been able to connect and I've also had problems downloading updates, especially with apps like Sketchbook Mobile, which iTunes couldn't properly download due to some weird artwork error.
Well, today, there seems to be some changes to how many of App Store listings appear. It hasn't happened universally, but there's a good chance that every app that has an update, has already made the change. In fact, every app that has been submitted to my update page, has the new look above and it's beautiful.
As you can see, you can get more than one pic shown at a time. The App Store pages default to 5 total pics now, instead of 3. This is an exciting improvement.
Update: Here's a couple things I didn't notice the first time around. The new App Store pages now have the option to add apps to wishlists! I complained about this not so long ago. Also, many people on other sites have noted that all the App Store pages are being converted into plain html. Could a new iTunes on the web be far behind?
