There seems little point in taking pictures of bands performing in big arenas with mobile phones - you can't see the band for a start - but the lights and our location at the Radiohead concert at the 02 in London made for some quite interesting pic-taking opportunities.
The old pier that leads to Birnbeck Island in the Bristol Channel is sadly very derelict now. I'm sure there are ghosts from the past when the Victorians would flock to this area by steam boat to holiday. It must have been beautiful in it's hay-day...
This end of Weston is sadly in need of a lot of TLC and money...fingers crossed one day...before it's too late...

The multi-angular Tower is so-named after its 10 sides. It stood at the south-western corner of the Roman legionary fortress and is the only surviving one of eight similar towers. The distinctive bands of terracotta tiles which were used to decorate the walls can still be seen. The top 3 metres of stone including arrow slits were added during the 13th century.
