Hmm, how to capture the Louvre from a new perspective...

Shot through the atrium ceiling at the Gaylord Texan Hotel and Resort just outside of Dallas, Texas. The hotel was near the Dallas/Ft. Worth airport, so there were lots of low flying planes over the grounds.

All about Nina!

For this challenge I'm using some lightweight wool in charcoal gray. I also have some ribbon and beads in grey and lavender. I was influenced by Cecilia's original idea to use soft purples- I was sorry that didn't get realized!

I sketched an angular tailored dress with some cut-outs and embellishments around the neckline and shoulders.

Not pictured- a bottle of fray-check that will be essential for this design- that fabric frays!

I may be going through a phase, or perhaps I just like how many of my recent shots look in B&W. I was back home is Seattle for a few days, and started getting a little creative. This picture doesn't really say much, but I find it pleasing to look at
