Das ist alles sehr gebrechlich … und schwuppdiwupp riecht es draußen nach Pech. Er bekommt es mit der Angst zu tun und tritt beiseite. Neben der Spur findet er seine Kräfte wieder. Voller Wohlwollen stellt er einem Kreis von Experten die einfache Frage: Hilft uns vielleicht ein Engel aus dieser Misere? Die Runde schweigt sich aus, und so geht er weiter, legt den Kopf in den Nacken und schaut voller Inbrunst hinauf: blauer Himmel, dem ein zarter Schimmer fahlen Graus von wem auch immer beigemischt wurde. Das ist alles sehr gebrechlich … und schwuppdiwupp räkelt sich am Ufer des Kanals eine Frau auf einer sonnengelben Decke, das verschafft Entlastung. Ihre festen Pobacken leuchten wie zwei Gnadenbrote. Ein sanftes Zittern geht über ihren Körper, wenn ein Windhauch ihn streichelt. Versonnen blättert sie in einer Illustrierten und hält ab und an bei einem Foto inne und lächelt. Das ist alles sehr gebrechlich … und schwuppdiwupp spenden einige Klopfgeister Beifall an den Eisengittern der Balkone. Zwei bezopfte Mädchen trampolinen hinter Büschen. Kaum ein Vogel tiriliert. Dafür röhrt eine Drohne hoch über den Köpfen, und in der Ferne üben Kinderstimmen Lieder ohne Worte. Was für ein herrliches Hör- und Schauspiel: Eben noch rumorte er tragisch vor sich hin, jetzt kommt ihm alles herzzerreißend schön vor. Aber schon erreicht er das Ende dieses Notats und ihm bleibt nur die sprachlose Trauer darüber, was mit etwas mehr Glauben an den Lauf der Geschicke und Blicke hätte sein können. Das ist alles sehr gebrechlich … und mehr als fragwürdig.
Langsam aber sicher kommen sie wieder aus ihren Löchern, und pünktlich zu Halloween sind sie alle wieder da!

Here's a workstation that I named angst. I was pretty amused when I realized its login screen would greet me forevermore with Welcome to angst.
One of the toughest things for me to deal with is self-doubt and the desire to take chances. And it's especially hard for me at times to take these chances when I feel like I'm persistently falling flat on my face.

The angst coming from this tower is palpable. I don't know what the arrow looking thing is on the middle right. It was thhere when I downloaded the pic but not in any before or after it. UFO?
I attended a costume party with a Lord of the Rings theme and was struck by the incredible outfits I saw. It kind of inspired me to sit in a corner trying to get candid pics in incredible lag with people dancing and whirling around. It took me a while to work these up but I thought they were worth sharing for the sheer originality and beauty of the people who put so much effort into their costumes.
I of course was the least-originally dressed and my sitting in the corner all night trying to get pictures caused more than one person to ask if I was depressed. I was just enjoying how wonderful everyone looked.
The skin is Deetalez Celtic based on the Donna Applier. The brows are from Arise. Lip Gloss is Kiiko.
"Anyone who is afraid of injections is also afraid of Berlin" This sign appeared over the entrance of a local club after there were some graffiti against the Covid19-vaccine in the neighborhood. I finally stopped to take a picture of it.

stop. just stop. there are other things to shoot.

Well, I spent a few hours in the garden yesterday morning, the 1st time for a while, because of working weekends..:(
Anyhoo...I saw an array of visitors to my feeders including this unruly gang of teenage starlings...they certainly don't like to share lol..:)
