This was a presentation I did while in Atlanta on Web Analytics. Any time I can get the occasion to have someone manage by statistics as covered by L. Ron Hubbard in Introduction to Scientology Ethics, I think it's a good thing.

Years ago, my wife was in a class where everyone took a personality test to learn how to work better with others. One guy objected to being labeled "Analytical," and he proceeded to present a list of reasons why he wasn't analytical. We still have to wonder whether he knew how ridiculous he sounded.
