The Shubenacadie River lower 30 km of the river (from the point where the Stewiacke River meets to the mouth) is tidal and the river experiences a tidal bore twice daily, with some bores reaching up to 3 m in height at certain points along the river. Local tourism operators offer adventure seekers a chance to ride with the bore on high-horse power Zodiac Hurricanes.
The Marie-Elisabeth-Lüders-Haus (MELH) is located in the government district of Berlin between Adele-Schreiber-Krieger-Straße and Schiffbauerdamm . It was inaugurated after five years of construction on 10 December 2003 as the third new parliament building on the Spree . The architect was Stephan Braunfels .
The World War II Memorial is a memorial of national significance dedicated to Americans who served in the armed forces and as civilians during World War II. Consisting of 56 pillars and a pair of small triumphal arches surrounding a square and fountain, it sits on the National Mall in Washington, D.C., on the former site of the Rainbow Pool at the eastern end of the Reflecting Pool, between the Lincoln Memorial and the Washington Monument.
This image was captured through 2 windows, one was from the tour coach and the window of the barber shop. Although the blinds was lowered, but the bus was at level higher up and still could just see through it. Perhaps I held the camera pointing to them that drew their attention leaving the good eye contact. It was at evening around 7:30pm that the lighting condition was poor especially went through 2 windows. To balance between the exposure triangle, a high ISO of 20,000+ was used to shoot this image.
At the top of the Reichstag during golden hour, the beautiful sunset was behind an unrest construction overhead crank while countless travellers were in and out the city of Berlin.

National Historical Museum (Albania) - the country's largest museum located in Tirana. It was opened on 28 October 1981 and is 27,000 square metres in size, while 18,000 square metres are available for expositions.
Above the entrance of the Museum is a large mural mosaic titled The Albanians that depicts purported ancient to modern figures from Albania's history.

It was a floating facility right at the ferry pier to Namiseom, Korea. I found its interesting reflection on the calm water.
The Tall Boy
Easily recognizable, the pheasant is a common sight in the countryside and can be found all over the great Britain. This non native bird was introduced by the Romans over a thousand years ago so there is an argument that it is now part of the fabric of our country. The large male game bird has brown and black markings on their body , with green and red face markings. The female is slightly smaller and less colourful with mottled pale brown markings. They usually prefer hedgerows and the fringes of woodlands.

Brühl's Terrace is a historic architectural ensemble in Dresden, Germany. Nicknamed "The Balcony of Europe", the terrace stretches high above the shore of the river Elbe in a city which is quite large as measured by area relative to its half a million inhabitants.
The Biosphäre Potsdam (7,000 m²) is an indoor tropical botanical garden located in the Volkspark Potsdam, a park between the Sanssouci Park and the Neuer Garten Potsdam (New Garden) at Georg-Hermann-Allee 99, Potsdam, Brandenburg, Germany.
This was take east of Cut Bank Montana. I had just driven through the mountains just south of Glacier National Park and drove through a snow storm. It was kinda cool to drive through a snow storm, then get to lower elevations and drive through a thunderstom all within a couple hours of eachother.
This was actually a photo assignment I had in college for Carhart. I wasn't real excited about the assignment, but it turned out being one of my favorite portraits I have ever taken.

St. Mary's Church, known in German as the Marienkirche, is a church in Berlin, Germany. It is located on Karl-Liebknecht-Straße (formerly Kaiser-Wilhelm-Straße) in central Berlin, near Alexanderplatz. The exact age of the original church site and structure is not precisely known, but it was first mentioned in German chronicles in 1292. It is presumed to date from earlier in the 13th century. The architecture of the building is now largely composed of comparatively modern restoration work which took place in the late 19th century and in the post-war period.
The Mausoleum of Mohammed V (Arabic: ضريح محمد الخامس) is a mausoleum located on the opposite side of the Hassan Tower, on the Yacoub al-Mansour esplanade in Rabat, Morocco. It contains the tombs of the Moroccan king and his two sons, late King Hassan II and Prince Abdallah. The building is considered a masterpiece of modern Alaouite dynasty architecture, with its white silhouette, topped by a typical green tiled roof, green being the colour of Islam. A reader of the Quran is often present, having his assigned seat. Its construction was completed in 1971. Hassan II was buried there following his death in 1999.
The Alexander Nevsky Cathedral is an orthodox church in the Tallinn Old Town, Estonia. It was built to a design by Mikhail Preobrazhensky in a typical Russian Revival style between 1894 and 1900, during the period when the country was part of the Russian Empire. The Alexander Nevsky Cathedral is Tallinn's largest and grandest orthodox cupola cathedral. It is dedicated to Saint Alexander Nevsky who in 1242 won the Battle of the Ice on Lake Peipus, in the territorial waters of present-day Estonia. The current Russian patriarch, Alexis II, started his priestly ministry in the church.

At the back of Cecilienhof Palace is a palace in Potsdam, Brandenburg, Germany. It was built from 1914 to 1917 in the layout of an English Tudor manor house. It is famous for having been the location of the Potsdam Conference in 1945, in which the leaders of the Soviet Union, the United Kingdom and the United States made important decisions affecting the shape of post World War II Europe and Asia. Cecilienhof has been part of the Palaces and Parks of Potsdam and Berlin UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1990.
Located at Wat Huay Plakang 9 Tier Temple, Chiang Rai, Thailand. Guanyin or Guan Yin (more at § Names in other Asian languages, below) is an East Asian bodhisattva associated with compassion as venerated by Mahayana Buddhists. She is commonly known as the "Goddess of Mercy" in English. The Chinese name Guanyin is short for Guanshiyin, meaning "[The One Who] Perceives the Sounds of the World". She is also referred to as Guanyin Bodhisattva (traditional Chinese: 觀世音菩薩; simplified Chinese: 观世音菩萨; pinyin: Guān shì Yīn Pú Sà) In Thai, she is called Kuan Im (Thai: กวนอิม), Phra Mae Kuan Im (Thai: พระแม่กวนอิม), or Chao Mae Kuan Im (Thai: เจ้าแม่กวนอิม).
