From this observation point, I saw a few houses stand on the tip of the hill facing the coastline.

Cultivated rapeseed (or canola) fields can be seen all over Germany and Czech. I took this from my moving tour bus.

Backyard photography - a squirrel was resting on the top of a fence post. With its unique gesture of the squirrel and its beautiful blurry background, I captured this image with an overblown and blurry background that was contrasting with the main object colour; to make the squirrel “stood out” from the background.

The gears I used was a almost 10year old Nikon D300s with a cheap plastic Nikon AF 70-300mm 1:4-5.6G lenses ( camera settings of F/5.6, 1/400sec ISO800 and DX focal length 285mm) and handheld shooting through the window with a single point focusing at its tired left eye.

After the beautiful and colorful pyrotechnics illuminate the skies over Lake Toya, as hundreds of fireworks are set off from boats on the still waters at night. I again woke up early in the morning to discover what inspired photographers most in Hokkaido in Japan. This image was in fact a HDR that created the silky flow of the clouds in the dawn at Lake Toya and therefore the shutter speed were only set to 1/3 of second each to generated such effect.

Blue Pond (青い池 Aoi-ike) is a man-made pond feature in Biei, Hokkaido, Japan. It is the result of works on the Biei River (美瑛川), carried out after the 1988 eruption of Mount Tokachi, to protect the town of Biei from volcanic mudflows. The colour is thought to result from the accidental presence of colloidal aluminium hydroxide in the water. Damage caused by Typhoon Mindulle in August 2016 resulted in a temporary drop in the water level and in the colour briefly turning brown with mud and sand from the Biei River

Lonely Bay and Cooks Beach. This long sandy beach which caught Capt Cook's eye is an ideal place to unwind and explore beautiful Mercury Bay. Cooks Beach has been a popular spot for generations of holiday makers. This long sandy beach which caught Capt Cook's eye is an ideal place to unwind and explore beautiful Mercury Bay. Cooks Beach is flanked by Shakespeare Cliff to the west and sheltered and picturesque Purangi Estuary to the east. The area boasts some of NZ's oldest history - Capt James Cook sailed on the HMS Endeavour into Mercury Bay in 1769 and made anchor at Cooks Beach off Purangi. Strangely enough he had chosen the same bay that Kupe, the mythical Polynesian explorer had chosen when he first landed in New Zealand calling it Aotearoa.

The Old Town Bridge Tower is one of the most beautiful Gothic gateways in the world. The tower, along with Charles Bridge, was built by Emperor Charles IV according to designs by Petr Parléř in the mid-14 th century. The gate to the Old Town was also conceived as a symbolic victory arch through which Czech kings passed on their coronation processions. For an unforgettable view, visitors must climb 138 steps to the viewing gallery.

A pano view of Mirror Lakes are a set of lakes lying north of Lake Te Anau and immediately to the west of the road from Te Anau to Milford Sound in New Zealand. Mirror Lakes offers a good place to stretch your legs during the drive to Milford Sound.

The small lakes provide outstanding reflective views of the Earl Mountains. Water fowl and wetland plants can be seen against a backdrop of beech forest.

Lake Te Anau is in the southwestern corner of the South Island of New Zealand. The lake covers an area of 344 km2 (133 sq mi), making it the second-largest lake by surface area in New Zealand (after Lake Taupo) and the largest in the South Island. It is the largest lake in Australasia by fresh water volume. Te Anau is a town on the South Island of New Zealand. It’s known as a gateway to Fiordland National Park and Milford Sound. The region is home to endangered, flightless takahē birds and abundant trout in Lake Te Anau. Te Anau Caves feature a limestone grotto of glowworms and an underground waterfall. To the southwest, the Kepler Track winds through beech forests, glacial valleys and mountains.

It was a beautiful place for a photographer even in a rainy day. The fall foliage make it one of my unforgettable shooting. The leaves of this tree turned yellow on the right with the other on the left in the foreground partially hided a foot bridge over water as background where in fact was the subject of the image. In order to get the sharp yellow foliage, I dialled to f/6.3 with shutter speed 1/250 to cope with the low ambient light.
