Last July i took some days off and went hiking in the Karwendel area. This is the view from the Nördliche Linderspitze over the Karwendelgrube with some tiny snow fields to the Westliche Karwendelspitze. There even is a hiker standing next to the cross on top of it.
for the first time in my life, i could fly in a helicopter, a b.day present. It was an unbelievable and unforgettable experience.... flying or rather hovering in the air, almost like a bird!
Wildspitze is the second highest mountain in Austria, 3768m. here seen from the top of the Tiefenbachkogel, 3307m.

The very pointy peak at the back is the place where Italy, France and Switzerland meet (at the summit). In front at the very right is the aptly named Tour Noire. Seen from the Glacier des Rognons while skiing from the top station at the Grandes Montets.
