Val Bedretto, Swiss
This is Victoria's 4th highest mountain (depending on what list you look at). Apparently you can see Mount Kosciuszko from here.
One of the most beautiful routes in the Alps. Fairly easy to get to from the Torino Hut it's a sensational traverse along a narrow snow ridge with spectacular cornices on each side.

Die Voisthalerhütte in der Dullwitz am Hochschwab war einst mein Stützpunkt für Klettertouren in den Hochschwab-Wänden. Ich verbinde mit der Hütte schöne Momente und Erinnerungen an Freundschaften. Jetzt wurde die schöne, alte Hütte durch einen Neubau ersetzt. Noch steht die alte Hütte daneben, doch die Abbruch-Arbeiten haben bereits begonnen. Höchste Zeit, sie noch ein letztes mal zu besuchen. The shelter Voisthalerhütte in the high valley Dullwitz in the Hochschwab mountain group was once my base for climbing tours in the Hochschwab walls. I associate the hut with beautiful moments and memories of friendships. Now the beautiful old hut has been replaced by a new building. The old hut still stands next to it, but demolition work has already begun. High time to visit it one last time.Sniff ...
I know it looks like daylight, but these photos were taken in the middle of the night a couple of days after the full moon. The snow cover reflects so much light, it almost seems like day. From the Gornergrat summit above Zermatt, Switzerland. The shots with the Matterhorn were taken from the hotel terrace, the other 2 were taken from the hotel room window.
