An abandoned shed outside of alpine texas. We stoped in Alpine and INS got on and searched the train.
Dan Blocker (Middle of Photo) who played Hoss on Bonanza, played football for Sul Ross and graduated from there and taught school for several years in West Texas. Blocker was 6' 4" and 300 lbs. He started out big and wieghed 14 lbs. at birth. His great grandparents were from Tuscaloosa County, Alabama and the men of the family fought for the Confederate States of America before migrating to Texas.
Superb home cooked breakfast from Bread and Breakfast in Alpine, TX. I could see myself eating this every morning... and growing about 10 pounds a week :)
