A CD album design of the guitar instrumental album Albus, by Matt Vernon. The Washington Monument in an Ice Age-like setting is meant to depict a feeling of solitude. The hole in the mountain featured on the back is depicting a sense of strength in absence.
Sony Music does not own rights to this work nor is Matt Vernon or the album Albus affiliated in any way with Sony Music. The addition of the Sony Music logo is a requirement of a school project.
This is an album cover I produced for the band Our Final Chapter. They gave me the idea of what they wanted and this is the outcome. You can order this on sparechangerecords.com. There was a lot of trial and error during the process of this but I do like the outcome and the meaning behind it.
