Back in college when a few of my friends and I were starting/trying to get fit, we would try to run a mile or so together at night. To replenish ourselves after a "challenging" run, we would willingly sabotage our efforts by going on an Alberto's run. Yep, in our eyes (stomachs?), we earned our supreme burritos and/or super nachos by running a few grueling minutes once (or twice!) a week.
Flash forward a few years later, we relive the mistakes of the past for one day.
