Today marks a significant milestone in India's history as we proudly celebrate the 78th Independence Day. At IGO Agritech Farms, this day was observed with a deep sense of pride and patriotism, reflecting our commitment to the values that define our nation. The celebration was an opportunity for us to honor the sacrifices made by countless freedom fighters and to reaffirm our dedication to driving innovation and growth in the agricultural sector.
The event was graced by two distinguished chief guests, Mrs. Latha Chandramouli, Founder and CEO of The Light Up Store, and Mr. Vikram Vadamalai, Head of Delivery - Smart World at L&T Technology Services. Their presence added a special significance to the occasion, as both are leaders in their respective fields, embodying the spirit of excellence and dedication.
Our CEO, Dr. John Yesudhas, a Tech Farming Expert and the visionary leader of IGO Group, had the honor of welcoming and recognizing their contributions to society. He presented them with tokens of appreciation, acknowledging their support and their role in inspiring the next generation of leaders.
In addition to honoring our guests, the event also provided a platform to recognize the outstanding contributions of our team members.
Dr. Yesudhas presented awards to two of our best employees, celebrating their hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence. These awards are a testament to the values that we, as a company, hold dear: innovation, integrity, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.

The series of events – including the AgriTech Summit, Youth Day, Sevan Coastal Cleanup, and the Tree Planting Ceremony – highlighted the importance of sustainable agrifood systems and international cooperation. The year culminated with a joint reception marking World Food Day and FAO’s 80th anniversary.
