Pre-construction Phase: first floor. This adult learning room will be converted into toilets for people using the building, to replace those currently located on the ground floor.

Here you can see that most of the furniture has been removed, the condition of the floor is being investigated and holes have been made in the plaster to test for asbestos.

New roof lights vastly improve the quality of light in the studio.
