Adding the last of the chicory.

I should have taken a picture at the start.

I poured rice in the pan added a spoonful of herbs and a spoonful of dry red-pesto. Especially the pesto looked good early on but it got spread out and mixed in completely.

When the rice was halfway cooked I added the big chopped chicory and let that cook along for a couple of minutes. At the very end of the cooking I added chopped green olives and those chicory tips. Just long enough to get warm.

In this photo we removed a Christmas wreath that was in the center of the wall and added another window using filter, vanishing point, marquee, alt drag. It's an amazing tool for editing something with perspective.
