With the SSR class pulling up short at Cootamundra West, we wondered how 4911 was to be added to the train. Much to our delight it simply shunted around and attached to the front of grain train 5AS7 for the run through to Goulburn.
Seen here whilst conducting brake tests before departure next to the now abandoned signal box, 4911, SSR102 and SSR101 team up to haul the loaded grain from Bowmans and Snowtown in South Australia to Westons milling at Enfield.

Upstairs at The Gatehouse, Highgate, London. In this case the musicians were The Jive Aces with their Roots of Elvis show. Worked well in this small venue of about 200 seats.
Hopping the stars, on a mission!
The 'NOMAD' is a retrofitted P-180 Starhopper frigate. Once used for military purposes in fleet combinations, it now serves a crew of 6 on their intergalactic journey. Their mission: to trade goods, provide medical assistance and workshop services to developing colonies.
Its name derives from the nomadic cultures migrating from one place to another, stating a clear purpose.
The main hull and portside modules have been expanded to serve as a hangar bay and storage facility. A ramp has been added to povide easy planetary access.The weaponry remaining are deflector flare barrels, a topside cannon for rapid light fire and the main front turret as means of defense and asteroid destruction.
What used to house 3 heavy drones inside the main hull have become rooms for a workshop, a warp drive and a medical bay.

There base colours have dried overnight, now it is time for add a bit of detail. I want to keep this to a minimum though, especially on the parts that have been re-imagined with little physical evidence. This includes most of the lower front wall, the building was redeveloped in the 1920s as a car salesroom.
i havnt been in a photographing mood since uni...just the doll stuff. i moved house a few weeks ago and its just super inspiring this old piano is in my own living room....prepare to see more from my house of awesomness!

The Tower Life Building is a landmark and historic building in Downtown San Antonio, Texas, USA.
Construction of the tower began in 1927 and the building rises 404 feet (123 meters) and has 31 floors. The building, which opened in 1929, was originally named the Smith-Young Tower and is the central component of a partially completed development called the Bowen Island Skyscrapers. The eight-sided, neo-gothic brick and Ludowici green terra-cotta tower (complete with gargoyles) was designed by noted local architectural firm Ayres & Ayres (Atlee & Robert M. Ayres).
While the exterior uses traditional materials such as brick, the internal structure is reinforced concrete on the lower floors, and steel frame on the upper floors. The building also housed San Antonio's first Sears, Roebuck and Company store in its lowest 6 levels.
The other completed building in the development is the former Plaza Hotel (also designed by Ayres & Ayres), which opened in 1927. The property became the local outlet of Hilton Hotels in 1956 and was converted into the Granada Apartments in 1966. Subsequent structures in the development were never built as a direct result of the Stock Market Crash of 1929 and the Great Depression.
In the 1940s the building was renamed the Transit Tower for the San Antonio Transit Company, which the Smith Brothers purchased in 1943. In 1953 a television transmission tower was added to the structure. Renovations in 2010 removed the obsolete television mast in favor of the tower's original design, a copper top house with a 100 ft tall flagpole.
The building is now named for its current owner, Tower Life Insurance Company.
In 1991 the building was placed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The last piece of Space Launch System (SLS) rocket hardware has been added to the stack at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida. Crews with NASA's Exploration Ground Systems and contractor Jacobs added the Orion stage adapter to the top of the rocket inside the spaceport’s Vehicle Assembly Building. To complete the Artemis I stack, crews will soon add the Orion spacecraft and its launch abort system on top of Orion stage adapter.
The Orion stage adapter, built at NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama connects Orion to the Interim Cryogenic Propulsion Stage (ICPS), which was built by Boeing and United Launch Alliance at ULA’s factory in Decatur, Alabama. During the mission, the ICPS will fire one RL10 engine in a maneuver called trans-lunar injection, or TLI, to send Orion speeding toward the Moon.

I love happening upon a lovely sunset in a place where it is easy to stop. I took this shot almost a year ago. I had spent the day in beautiful countryside and was on my way home with lots of good shots already taken when I was able to stop and add a lot more.
