Electives may include cultural arts like batik or Turkish tile-making, or something more personal like building a collage that represents your home.
Group activities are a great way to spend time with friends and enjoy the outdoors together, while supporting one another through challenging feats.
Pregame activities at the OSU KU game today in Stillwater, this girl was looking at me, so I took her picture

Featuring the cast of The Wizard of Oz!
This was a spur-of-the-moment long exposure shot I did with my friend, Amber. It was at a Halloween party, so we were in the ghosty-mood, if that makes any sense. I had heard of this method of making people look like ghosts without the use of editing, and this is the product of my experimentation. c:
This was my first attempt at outdoor lighting after watching the Strobist dvds (which are amazing btw!). I had 2 Softboxes, one in front and one to the side but since I only had one remote and the other set to flash sync, I could only get one to work.

China. Guangxi province.
Yangshuo.
Yangshuo's countryside is known for its idyllic scenery, oddly-shaped hills thrusting to the sky and leisurely local farming life. Visiting Yangshuo's countryside provides a great opportunity to get close to nature and real life in South China's countryside by being introduced into their house.

This road sign warns drivers of high pedestrian activity using a collection of silhouettes depicting various people walking. This playful modification subverts the serious nature of a standard traffic warning sign.
I'm curious about the location of the Martinique Restaurant -- the most likely location is the southwest corner, which was Ripps Apothecary when I was growing up and I think is now just apartments. There was also a commercial building across the street on the north side of Mohawk that had one failed business after another in it, but I don't know if a restaurant was among them. The Glenville Bank would later become First National Bank of Scotia. I don't remember the Village News at 146 Vley Road; gotta check the address and see what might have been there.
