This was my first attempt at outdoor lighting after watching the Strobist dvds (which are amazing btw!). I had 2 Softboxes, one in front and one to the side but since I only had one remote and the other set to flash sync, I could only get one to work.

First catch of the summer in yadkin creek.

Young people from START at Youth Initiatives have been enjoying lots of bouldering, canoeing, kayaking and BBQs recently. Though it looks like they're just having loads and loads of fun, I can assure you they are actually all working very hard to gain qualifications in outdoor sports, as well as working towards their youth achievement award.

I chose this picture for my Element of Principle of contrast for the rainbow with the color and the curve, also how the city is lit up yellow and red.

Taken today with my Nikon AW100, not the best camera in the world… But this shot turned out pretty damn good! 1 out of 35 aint a bad shoot/keep ratio, is it? 0.o

A group crows is called a Murder of Crows. Makes me wonder what they are up to.

The Purpose of the five-day course is to provide incorporation of all principles and practices of a Safety Culture and robust process improvement tools and methods to personnel at Winn Army Community hospital and other facilities inside the Winn footprint.
