My sister was driving my car back from Luray Caverns so I took the opportunity to test out my camera on different settings (something I should have done BEFORE we went to Luray Caverns) and I selected the action setting and stuck my camera out the window and started taking pictures of the beautiful clouds. I could not believe how good they turned out! She was driving at least 75 mph which is totally unlike her, but we were tired and were ready to get home, not to mention my 13 year old son and her 8 year old daughter were in the back seat yapping away. I probably posted too many, but I had never used that feature before, and I was just so amazed that the pictures came out. The things you learn when you play around with your camera :)

Meet the Master of the Mimic--The Mockingbird! He is CONSTANTLY singing, especially at night; Is VERY territorial; And is an Omnivorous Bird in MANY of the US States--- It is actually the State Bird of FIVE States (Texas, Arkansas, Florida, Mississippi, and Tennessee). Have you ever heard 10 or 15 DIFFERENT Birds singing outside in an ENDLESS String?! You probably didn't/don't ACTUALLY have SEVERAL Bird Species singing, BUT INSTEAD a Master Mimic singing all of their Songs himself.

DID YOU KNOW... In the 19th Century People appreciated the Mockingbird and their, ALOMOST 200 Songs, so MUCH that they were Sold (for as MUCH as $50) and kept in Cages---The birds nearly vanished due to people trapping them!

Early Saturday Morning, I drove to the Shore for a little 'ME TIME'--- Last week was a LONG one and I just needed to Breathe in the Salty Air and Feel EVERYTHING! As I was walking about, taking Photos of the Shoreline, Reef, Nature/Wildlife, and Architecture of the Buildings/Piers along the Beach I noticed THIS Man drinking his Coffee and Smoking a Fat Cigar, starring off into the Ocean--- He was there for a QUITE a WHILE- I had already walked up and back down 2+ Miles of Beach and he was STILL in the same Spot I had originally found him... He was capsized, thinking about something as DEEP as the Ocean is Blue, BUT SOOOO BEAUTIFUL! **I haven't REALLY taken Photos of People in a LONG time, due to my lack of Faith in Humanity ** BUT... I NEEDED a Photo of HIM in THAT moment--- SOOO... I asked and he has granted me permission to take his Photo and (QUOTE) 'Do with it as I wish'...

My WISH is to share how BEAUTIFUL and TANQUIL this Man is as he gazes into the Ocean... I don't know his story, nor do I need to--- I hope that moment gave him as MUCH as it did me, whatever it was he was thinking about--- THANK YOU AGAIN, Kind Soul, for your Photo- I TRULY Appreciate it MORE than you can imagine!
