Bought him on a Dutch auctionsite for about 10 euro (+- 15 dollars). He's a bit busted up, but nothin's broken and how many people can actually say they own this guy? :D
For you North American types, Action Man was the British and Irish version of GI Joe.

Old Dutch comic series from my father, wich he got when he was about ten in the late fifties. Absolutely brilliant cover on this one! :D

Just look at the difference!!! Never leave your toys in the sun for a long time children! Just see what happens if you do! Now you know.....;P
Had to have a go at this for a laugh, the actionman gripping hands make life much easier when trying to keep everyone on board. The Vespas are by Barbie My scene, I seem to accumulated quite a few over the years :)
Bought a few gi.joe and actionman figures with assosoires about a year and a half ago on the internet. To my suprise it came in this lovely little suitcase (he could just barely hold the contains). Probably stored away for years in an attic. It had an almost complete pilot, 2nd issue german stormtrooper and a complete 1st issue jungle explorer outfit in it. 2 joe's and an actionman. And some bits and bobs. All that for about 60 euro :D
I did it again .... I broke another toy by actually playing with said toy. Darn loveable fragile hunks of plastic.
All DML items. The M1943 uniform is slightly unusual because DML have attempted to 'weather' it. It sort of works!
I modified the B.A.R by removing the bipod, as soldiers often did. I also discarded the carrying handle it came with as they weren't actually issued until Korea.
Incidentally, I like to think this guy's nickname is 'Swede' or 'Dutch' or something similar!
