ISLAMABAD: The Accountability Court (AC) has sentenced former Deputy Director General Capital Development Authority (CDA) Ghulam Murtaza Malik to five years imprisonment in a multi-storey building case in Sector F-Seven area of the federal capital. All the culprits were arrested from the court room of the accountability court in Islamabad.According to private TV channel Hum News, Judge Azam Khan of the Accountability Court ruled in the case of a multi-storey building in Sector F-7 of Islamabad in which former Deputy Director General CDA Ghulam Murtaza Malik was sentenced to 5 years imprisonment while shopping center Rana Qayyum has been sentenced to 7 years imprisonment and fined Rs 1 billion.The accountability court also sentenced CDA officers Ammar Idrees, Khalil Ahmed and Khadim Hussain to imprisonment.
The verdict further said that all the culprits have been found guilty of constructing illegal floors of the building and misusing their powers.

I'm so happy that I lost one pound this week so that I could use my special diet bread as props. These loaves of bread have no calories. Zippo. Nada. Of course, you can't eat them because they are fake. These are fake-food props that my Realtor brought over to use in staging the house. I'm rather annoyed with them and with the fake flowers she placed in our entry. The Realtor wanted us to put everything away and then she brings in fake crap. How are fake loaves of bread better than a real working (and shiny) toaster?
I suspect this will be my last "losing" week for awhile and I'm a bit sad that I didn't make it to 10 pounds lost. We're leaving for Buenos Aires on Friday and I predict there will be a lot of eating. :) But there will be a lot of walking, too so may be won't be that much of a set-back.

It's not so much that I'm reluctant to join Accountability Wednesday, it's just that I'm still not quite brave enough to show the world (or even just friends and family) the number underneath my toes. Maybe because I still can't believe it myself.
A couple of years ago, the combination of a couple of pound-packing medications (one I'm still on, one I'm about to go back on) along with hitting my mid-30s added up. Added up in an extra 35 pounds within a year, which are all still here a couple of years later. (And it's not like I was a petite fleur to begin with.)
I'd love to take some of this off before our family reunion the first week in August. I've already lost 5, but I'd love to lose at another 15 at least.
I might be brave enough to show the number in coming weeks, but for now, only Zelda knows the number, and she's promised to keep mum as long as I keep her supplied with catnip.
(I took this on Wednesday, but forgot to load it! I didn't want to delay another week, so I'm posting it a little late.)
ETA: I'm switching this from friends & family only to general public, because it's the only way I'll really feel accountable about this. We'll see how it goes!
